Policies

OUR PREFERED METHOD OF DOING BUSINESS IS BY PHONE OR IN PERSON.
YOU MUST HAVE AN ACCOUNT SET UP IN THE CUSTOMER PORTAL AND AGREE TO OUR POLICIES/WAIVERS IN ORDER TO REGISTER BY PHONE AND WITH CREDIT CARD PAYMENT ONLY.

  • New registrations accepted anytime, class space permitting.
  • Classes meet 1x/week.
  • These classes have a variable monthly rate. The total monthly cost is calculated according to the number of hours your class meets each month.
  • Once enrolled in school year classes, students are automatically enrolled through May 2024. You must notify our office if you wish to end enrollment before May 2024. You are responsible for payment up through the date of notification.

Refunds

There will be a $6 processing fee per child deducted from any refund. However, no refunds will be given once the first class of each month has begun. Registration fees are non-refundable.

AutoPay

It is required for all accounts to be enrolled in the AutoPay program for recurring billing. When accessing your account through the Customer Portal, you will be required to save your credit card information. Customers enrolling over the phone will also be required to provide credit card information to be entered in your account. Once enrolled, your monthly tuition payments will then be autodrafted on the 20th of the month for the upcoming month. If you would like to remit payment using a different card than the card saved on your account, you have the option of changing the credit card information on your account or remit payment through the Portal or by telephone before the 20th of the current month using a different credit card. Please note: If you plan on ending a student’s enrollment you must inform us before the 20th of the month so we may delete your payment information from your account.

Inclement Weather Policy

  • All a.m. activities at Omaha Gymnastics Academy North will automatically be canceled when the Omaha Public School District cancels their regular school-hour classes due to inclement weather conditions.  
  • For closings regarding activities during the p.m., a determination will be made, and announcements will be posted by 1:00 p.m. that same day on our websites and on Facebook. E-mails will also be sent.  www.kidsbodyshop.com or www.omahagymnastics.com 
  • A determination regarding Saturday classes will be made by 6:30 a.m. that same day. 
  • If Omaha Gymnastics Academy Northhold activities but conditions still do not allow you to safely venture out, you will need to notify us of your child’s absence in accordance with our regular make-up policy.

An email will be sent as soon as the decision to close/open is made. 

DISCOUNTS:

25% Off multiple children OR one child in multiple recreational classes – During the school year, when you register for multiple recreational classes, or multiple children in at least 1 recreational class each.

MISSED RECREATIONAL CLASS POLICY:

Any class (gymnastics, trampoline & tumbling, dance, or combo) missed for ANY reason beyond OGA’s control may be made up by one of the following options:

Option #1 – Attending an Open Gym at no cost. This Open Gym is an activity time NOT an instructional time. See the Open Gym page for specific days and times. Pre-registration is required

Option #2 – Attend a class for free during the summer session. When using this option, you MUST email the Pro-shop to let us know which classes you want to enroll in for missed classes.

Records for missed classes are kept in the Pro-Shop.  Missed classes for the 2022-2023 program MUST be made up BEFORE Aug 1, 2024.  Any remaining missed classes will be null and void starting Aug 1, 2024.

HEALTH POLICY

Students may not participate in classes while sick. Children with COVID, flu symptoms, ear infections, pink eye, lice, whooping cough, ringworm, etc, CAN NOT attend class.  If your child was not able to attend school, they also cannot attend class at Premier.  If your child has been diagnosed with an illness that may infect another child and has been in class during the time when they were contagious, please contact our office right away. Your child’s anonymity is a high priority during these sensitive times.

SPECIFIC RESTRICTIONS:

ANTIBIOTIC:  Children must be on an antibiotic for a full 24 hours before returning to class.

FEVER: Children must be 24 hours fever free without the use of medicine before returning to class.

LICE: Children may not return to class until they are free of lice and nits.

GUARANTEE:

We guarantee your child will love their class! If they don’t, we will refund the amount you paid less a 10% processing fee! To qualify for this, you must do the following:

· This policy only applies to brand new students (who never attended Premier) and have not attended their 2nd scheduled class.

· You MUST email or stop by the Pro-Shop before the beginning of the scheduled 2nd class requesting a refund.

· The 90% refund will be posted back to the credit/debit card used.
