2020 Summer Policies in RED

REGISTRATION:

Premier maintains on-going registration throughout the summer when there is space available in a class. A child’s place in a given class is ONLY held for the class(es) for which tuition has been paid.

FEES:

Tuition – Summer Session – During the Summer, classes begin June 1 and run through the first week in August. When you register, you choose the weeks you want to enroll in. Tuition will be charged on a 2-week cycle starting May 29th.  NO REFUNDS 

Payments – The Pro-Shop accepts cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and debit cards. A credit or debit card is required on the parent/payer account to enroll.

Declined Card / Returned Check Fee – $10

Change Class Fee – $10 for each class time/day change (within same program) after 1st change. 

RECREATIONAL CLASSES MISSED during the 2020 summer session POLICY:

May be made up ONLY in another 2020 summer class as long as space is available. This must be scheduled, at least 1 day before the desired make-up class, through the Pro-Shop.

RECREATIONAL CLASSES MISSED between August 12, 2019 – March 31, 2020 POLICY:

Any class (gymnastics, trampoline & tumbling, dance, combo, martial arts or parkour) missed for ANY reason beyond Premier’s control may be made up by one of the following options (options below are only available for the child who missed class):

  • Option #1 – Attending an Open Gym (not offered in the summer) at no cost. This Open Gym is an activity time NOT an instructional time. See the Open Gym page for specific days and times.
  • Option #2 – When requested (must be by email only), any unused, missed class(es) between August 12, 2019 – March 31, 2020 can take the place of any 2020 summer class(es) or replace classes of 2020-2021 School Year to reduce your monthly tuition.

Records for missed classes are kept in the Pro-Shop. Missed classes for the 2019-2020 program MUST be made up BEFORE May 31, 2021. Any remaining missed classes from August 12, 2019 – March 31, 2020 will be null and void starting Memorial Day, May 31, 2021.

EXTREME WEATHER:

Cancellations will be posted on home page of our website: in the ‘Recent Facebook Posts’ section in the middle of the page and in the ‘Latest News’ section at the bottom of the page next to the calendar.

HEALTH POLICY

Students may not participate in classes while sick. Children with flu symptoms, ear infection, pink eye, lice, whooping cough, ringworm etc, CANNOT attend class.  If your child was not able to attend school, they also cannot attend class at Premier.  If your child has been diagnosed with an illness that may infect another child, and has been in class during the time when they were contagious, please contact our office right away. Your child’s anonymity is a high priority during these sensitive times.

SPECIFIC RESTRICTIONS:

ANTIBIOTIC:  Children must be on an antibiotic for a full 24 hours before returning to class.

FEVER: Children must be 24 hours fever free (100 degrees or less) without the use of medicine before returning to class.  In the event the temperature is taken at Premier, a 10-minute rest and recheck will take place in order to verify temperature.

LICE: Children may not return to class until they are free of lice and nits.

GUARANTEE:

We guarantee your child will love their class! If they don’t, we will refund the amount you paid less a 10% processing fee! To qualify for this, you must do the following:

  • This policy only applies to brand new students (never attended Premier) and have not attended their 2nd scheduled class.
  • You MUST email or stop by the Pro-Shop before the beginning of the scheduled 2nd class requesting a refund.
  • The 90% refund will be posted back to the credit/debit card used.

2020-2021 School Year Policies

REGISTRATION:

Premier maintains on-going registration throughout the year when there is space available in a class. A child’s place in a given class is NOT held for the next month (during the school year) or next week (during the summer) without that month’s / week’s tuition paid.

FEES:

Tuition – School Year Session – During the School Year, classes run from August – May. When you enroll in a class, you will be enrolled for this entire time frame, but charged on a monthly basis.  If starting after the first of the month, tuition will be prorated based on the number of weeks left in the month. During the summer, tuition is based on one class per week. Tuition is automatically taken out using your credit/debit card information starting the 15th of the month prior.  There is NO cancellation fee as long as Premier is notified by email or stopping into the Pro-Shop by the 10th of the month prior. NO REFUNDS

DISCOUNTS:

25% Off multiple children OR one child in multiple recreational classes – During the school year, when you register for multiple recreational classes, or multiple children in at least 1 recreational class each. All classes listed as Xcel do NOT count as/toward multiple classes.
