| TEAM REQUIREMENTS |
|
Girls levels 1-10
Along with the USAG score requirements to move up through the level system, the coaching staff has additional strength, flexibility, and skill requirements that each gymnast must attain before moving to the next level. Trampoline & Tumbling is different than artistic gymnastics because athletes can compete at a different level on each event. Although it is our goal to have all the athletes develop on each event at the same level, the staff reserves the right to hold any athlete from moving up a level because they are too many levels behind on a certain event. Athletes can move up a level at any time of the year at the coach's discretion.
