Resembling the movement of the Rings, the Alpha Rocker is a great handstand trainer for all levels of gymnasts. By sliding out the adjustable stoppers, you can increase the amount that the rocker rotates, increasing the difficulty level. Extremely durable and easy to move around the gym or at home.

Competition Ceiling Hung Rings

Features 30 ply wood rings and spring loaded swivels to reduce shoulder and back stress. Cables are 1/4″ steel air craft cable and straps are heavy duty nylon webbing. Adjustable straps accomodate slanted I-beam pitch. Meets USAG and NFHSA specs. Requires two A141-4-9 I-beam clamps. Minimum recommended matting-one 8’x12’x12cm landing mat. Specify ceiling height, gymnastics level and required height of rings above the floor in the personalized box.

Ring Rocker Simulates the instability of the rings. Practice straddle “L”, presses, planches and handstands on the floor mat. The 1.25″ diameter handrails are turned out to simulate the correct position of the rings. This piece of equipment can make for safe and fun ring training.
