Our semi assembled gymnastics spring floor 2-layer deck arrives as 5-ft x 5-ft x 9mm Baltic Birch wood panels with the caps already mounted to the bottom layer and velcro applied. The layout is already done for you! All you need to do is pop the springs on the bottom layer, velcro top boards in place, and lay your carpet bonded foam (sold separately) on top.

The floor boards are ready to put directly into place. We use 4-inch Velcro (not 2-inch) for optimal attachment. All boards come cut to size, velcro’ed and well-marked for easy assembly.

Every Semi Assembled Spring Floor includes an Assembly Care Package that has been designed to make the assembly process easier, safer and more efficient. This package includes our innovative SnapCap Board, a tool specifically crafted to help you easily snap plastic caps onto springs with precision and ease.

In addition to the SnapCap Board, the package includes a set of durable gloves to protect your hands and a pair of comfortable knee pads to safeguard your knees during extended periods of assembly work.

DURABLE

We use high-quality 3/8in (9mm) Baltic Birch on both the lower and upper plywood layers. The Baltic Birch is one of the strongest plywoods in the world and provides a much longer life for your floor than pine plywood or OSB. The wood is the most critical variable in the engagement of the springs and therefore, the responsiveness of your floor. Durable, high carbon steel springs with easy mount retainer caps make for a long-lasting, sturdy floor system.

TUMBL TRAK

The original Tumbl Trak is a training tool designed to allow for increased repetition of tumbling and gymnastic skills and to decrease stress on body parts.

The Tumbl Trak has become a “must have” piece of equipment for gym clubs and cheerleading programs. Not only is it a great training tool, it can easily be named the main attraction of most gyms, thereby increasing enrollment and profitability. Bar and vaulting attachments are available. Inground Tumbl Traks require a poured cement pit in the floor of your gym. The pit should be 78 inches wide and 24 inches deep. The length of the pit will depend on the length of your Tumbl Trak. WE CAN ALSO QUOTE SPECIAL PIT SIZES. Bolts, hardware and complete assembly instructions are provided with purchase.

End Block vs. Closed End

• Closed end includes frame, springs, and pads on the end as well as the sides of Tumbl Trak.

• End block – placed under the dismount end of the Tumbl Trak, which keeps pit cubes from getting under the Tumbl Trak.

It weighs about half as much as the Tumbl Trak and can be folded and wheeled away! Useful for gyms that must put away their equipment every night. Small gym clubs with space constraints, city recreations, YMCA’s, exhibition teams and mobile programs have found the Porta Trak to be an invaluable piece of equipment.
